Dental Implant Restoration
This restorative solution consists of three parts.
- The Implant: A titanium "root" placed into bone, used in dentistry to support restorations that resemble a tooth or group of teeth to replace missing teeth
- The Abutment: A part specifically made to screw into the implant that was placed into the bone. This can be made out of titanium or zirconia
- The Crown: A standard dental crown cemented over the abutment that is screwed into the implant.
These three parts make up a dental implant as a whole and create a very life like “tooth” that has a 95% success rate. Once integrated into the bone, these restorations very rarely have to repaired or redone making this a once in a lifetime restoration. |
